What is ADA?


The ADA is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based on disability. Places of public accommodation include shops and facilities serving food or drink.

Wineries that have tasting rooms, or that allow for tours, tastings, and on-site purchases, need to ensure compliance by using Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 AA. Not being ADA compliant can leave you open to potential lawsuits.
